DESCRIPTION:This the concluding weekend of the Alpine activities and will require participants to camp in the snow in Alpine conditions. You will need to carry all your own equipment\, clothes\, and food.\n\nSaturday skiing is around 6 km from Perisher to our camp site. We take it easy and practice skiing along the way arriving mid-afternoon to set up camp\, dining areas\, and build igloos etc.  There is usually time for some more skiing.  The evening meal is prepared on the snow.  Sunday is usually more skiing on a tour up the valley while the tents dry\, then pack up camp\, have an early lunch before heading off down to the cars at Perisher.
