Flight share payments are held in escrow until after the flight has taken place.\nThis registration covers the Scouts NSW requirements for event registrations\, the flying component\, and optional pre-purchase merchandise packages.\nPlease note that your Region\, District\, or Scout Unit will also manage their own separate registrations and activity costs\, including Scout Hub Event or Scout Event registrations\, camp and catering expenses\, and local transport or unit-based arrangements.\nArrival dates\, times\, and final travel arrangements will be coordinated directly by your Scout Leaders and local Scout Unit.
