Mill Creek MTB is a technically challenging set of trails. It features rock gardens and jumps galore and suits people who enjoy picking their way through a thought-provoking path.
This means that the trail does not feature a lot of ‘flow’. It can be quite stoppy-starty in places. It rewards repeated riding so you can learn the best line
Extra protection, such as knee and elbow pads, are recommended. There is an excellent jump trail and we will session some tricky sections if you like.
Your bike should be in good working order (please fix your flats before the event!) and you will have your own helmet (that fits) with all your kit that you like to ride with - as an experienced rider you will have this all sorted already
