Cumberland Gang Show Magical Mystery Tour & 50th Birthday Party Picnic

Everyone is welcome to attend birthday party (12pm to 3pm) without having pre-registered.

Birthday party location will be revealed at 11am (so we don't spoil it for those doing the Magical Mystery Tour!)

50th MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR

Gang Show families will be invited to test their navigation and detective skills in a fast-paced event that will be fun for all ages. Each car will be given a tour pack including directions and activities to complete along the way. We promise it will be a lot of fun!

WHEN
Sunday 19th May 2019
9am - Registrations open
9.30am to 10am - Vehicles depart (course will take approx. 2 hours)

WHERE
Meet at Crestwood Scout Hall, Louise Ave, Baulkham Hills NSW. The course will finish at the location of the 50th birthday party picnic.

COST
$20 per vehicle - drivers and participants must register online

IMPORTANT NOTES

• This event is not a race. Drivers must obey the road rules at all times.
• Children are the full responsibility of their parent or guardian. Although this is a Gang Show activity, Leaders will not be on duty nor will they be looking after children.
• 'P' platers will be required to obtain written parental permission from any additional team members travelling in the vehicle they are driving to be able to transport them.

All past and present Gang members are invited to come along to our 50th birthday party. Bring your family and a picnic lunch for an afternoon of fun!

All are welcome to attend the Birthday Party - you don't have to participate in the Magical Mystery Tour to attend the Birthday Party.

WHERE
It’s a secret that will be revealed on the day at 11am to everyone registered to attend (via email/SMS/website). Location will be within a 5km radius of Parramatta.

Picnic lunch, drinks, camp chair or picnic blanket (no alocohol permitted)
