Brief Summary:
Experience walking in the bush after dark. Based in the Blue Mountains National Park - Victoria Falls Road and Asgard Swamp. Approx. distance 14 km. Late arrival and early departure available on request. We encourage youth members who identify with a disability to join us. Participants will be accompanied by an adventurous activity guide or instructor.
Additional Information

Regular trains to Mount Victoria from Sydney. Car parking available at Mount Victoria Station. This station is manned 24 hours.

Carry minimum overnight gear. Leave town approx. 8 pm on Friday evening. Arrival at site estimated after midnight. Set up camp and sleep. Wake up and cook breakfast. Saturday morning pick up Victoria Falls Lookout Carpark before 8 am or Mount Victoria Station after 1 pm. Bring some money for afternoon tea at the tearooms.

Camping at a small clearing with a carpark, picnic table and windy loo toilet. Bush toileting and hygiene during hike. Carparking close by. Track undulates and includes stairs. Scouts are encouraged to cook breakfast on fuel stoves.

Remember to eat dinner before, buy dinner in Blackheath or Mount Victoria or bring something easy. Scouts can be picked up early on Saturday if they have family or sporting commitments. An opportunity for youth members who are adjusting to carrying a loaded pack. Minimal costs involved self catering breakfast and spending money for afternoon tea.
