Brief Summary:
Supervised beach and water activities, swimming, snorkelling, and rescue practice at Manly Beach, finishing with dinner at the Pub and Yo-Chi dessert.
Bring swimwear, towel, sun protection, water, and a change of clothes.
Additional Information
The afternoon will focus on learning and practicing water safety, swimming skills, and basic rescue techniques. Activities include supervised swimming between the flags, floating and survival skills, using Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs), short snorkelling, and some first aid and rescue scenario practice. All swimming and water activities will finish before dinner, so everyone will have time to dry off and change into clean clothes.
After the beach, the group will enjoy dinner at the Pub and dessert at Yo-Chi Manly, before heading home at 9:00pm.
Please make sure you bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection, a water bottle, and a change of clothes.
