Brief Summary:

On Wednesday night we will be going to Merrylands Fire Station to learn about fire safety and what first responders do. We'll be witness to some drills they run through and see all the aspects of what makes a Fire Station operate.

Additional Information

We will meet on Davies St outside the station from 6:50pm for a 7pm start.

Cubs and Scouts need to wear their uniform and scarf. Please bring a water bottle along as well.

Parking is best on one of the surrounding streets and walking up. Do not block the driveway of the station at any time.

Pickup will be from outside the station at 8:30pm.
No youth will be allowed to leave without a leader sighting their parent

E-Permissions built into Scout Event (Test) help us to streamline our event administration and parent consent process.

As you register participants online for this event, you will be asked to enter an email address for each applicant. That email address should belong to a parent if the applicant is under 18 years of age.

Once all participants have been entered and you click SUBMIT, the system will generate a personalised email to each applicant which will include a unique link/login for the parent/participant to login to and complete their E-Permission Form. Leaders should not use their own email address for legal reasons (unless of course you are registering yourself!).

Once the E-Permission Form is complete, the system will send an email to the applicant with their completed form (PDF) attached. A copy of that email will also be sent to the person who registered the applicant.
