This Consent Form covers the majority of our activities on the term programme for July - September 2026. See term programme and Whatsapp Channels for our meeting location each week. WEAR & BRING

Venturers should wear clothing appropriate to the activities planned, uniform and scarf unless stated otherwise and bring a drink bottle. We are often outside so please also bring a torch and a coat if it is raining.

Where we are doing activities which are at external venues, or involve adventurous activities, an additional Scout consent form will be required in line with Scouts Australia and Scouts NSW policies.

Activities that this consent form may cover include: fire skills, cooking, crafts, local bushwalks under direct supervision, wide games, orienteering, camping skills, badgework, McFormal (Thornleigh), Sound Hunt and baking. Specifically in T3 2026, it will include: TBC when term programme finalised.
